The building is open from an hour before curtain, and the bar is open after every evening performance until the last person leaves.
Getting here
Fifteen minutes’ walk from the station, downhill on the way here and uphill on the way back, which is worth knowing at eleven at night. The 4 and the 41 stop at the end of the street.
Parking
There is none of ours. The multi-storey on Frith Street is four minutes away and free after 18:00.
Latecomers
On a thrust there is no back of the house to slip into. Latecomers are held until a break in the action that the stage manager judges will carry it — for Vanya that can be twenty minutes. We are sorry, and we will not change it.
Interval drinks
Order before the show and they will be on the shelf with your name on. The interval is twenty minutes and the bar has one till.
Returns
The queue opens at 18:00 for evening performances. Sold-out nights usually release something — a rotation always has a handful of house seats that get let go once the production team knows who is coming.
