Tickets are not refundable except where a performance is cancelled or materially changed, in which case they are refunded in full without being asked.
Exchanges
Into another performance of the same production, up to 24 hours before, free for members and £2 otherwise.
Seats
The seating plan on this site describes the geometry of the building as built. If a production’s own set makes a seat worse than the plan says, that is on the production’s page and we will move you.
Cast changes
In a repertory company, understudies go on. That is not a defect of the system, it is the system. A cast change is not grounds for a refund unless the performance is materially different, and we will tell you at the box office rather than let you find out in the programme.
