The same people in every play in the rotation. An actor carrying a lead on Tuesday is in the chorus on Wednesday, which is what an ensemble is and why the casting is listed per production rather than per person.

Sanna Ilves

Associate Director

Directs the Beggar's Opera and runs the company's work with schools. Trained as a répétiteur before she trained as a director, which is why the band ended up on the stage.

Mercy Okonjo

Artistic Director

Directs two of the three plays in this rotation. Came to the Lanthorn from twelve years of touring work, mostly in rooms with no fly tower and no money, which she says is the best training there is for a thrust.
