Every access performance in this season is in the same calendar as every other performance, because a captioned Thursday is a performance of the play and not a separate event.
Captioned
The full text, on a screen at the downstage left corner of the thrust, visible from every seat in the stalls and the gallery except rows A1–A3 and A15–A17, which are past it. Book those rows and we will move you at no charge.
BSL interpreted
The interpreter works from the downstage right vomitory, in the light, in the world of the play where the production allows it. Best sightlines are the house-right half of rows D to J.
Audio described
With a touch tour of the set ninety minutes before curtain. The touch tour includes the stage floor, which on a thrust is where most of the information is.
Relaxed
House lights at a third, doors open throughout, a quiet room off the foyer, and no changes to the play. The sound level is reduced only where a cue would otherwise be startling — the gunshot in Vanya is a real one and we do not soften it without telling you, so at the relaxed performance it is replaced with a door.
Step-free
Row A and row D of the stalls, and the whole of row N in the gallery, are reachable without steps. The gallery lift is at the north end of the foyer. Six wheelchair spaces, all with a companion seat beside them rather than in front of or behind them.
If something here is wrong
Tell the box office and we will change it. This page is a description of a building, and buildings change.
